The cost of your registration is determined by NBIA membership, when you register and the number of workshops you want to attend. All courses have limited enrollment. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Workshop fees include course materials, breakfast and lunch (for full-day workshops only).
There are three easy ways to save on the cost of registration.
1. Become a member of NBIA. As a member, you’ll receive significant discounts on registrations for our conferences and training events, as well as gain access to other members’ knowledge and expertise. Interested in learning more about the benefits of NBIA membership? Visit www.nbia.org/join_nbia.
If you register for the Training Institute at the nonmember rate and then join NBIA during the event or within 30 days of its conclusion, we will credit the difference between the member and nonmember price toward the cost of your first year’s membership fees.
2. Register by the early-bird deadline. If you register by the early-bird deadline, you’ll receive the lowest workshop prices of the season.
3. Register for multiple workshops. Sign up for two workshops and save $50 off your total, or register for three workshops and save $100 off your total. This discount is available per individual and can’t be split between two separate registrations. To get your discount, use the code 2WORKSHOPS-2014 or 3WORKSHOPS-2014 when registering.

Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received at the NBIA office on or before Sept. 21 will receive a full refund minus a $75 administrative charge. No cancellations will be accepted nor fees refunded after Sept. 21. There will be no refunds for no-shows. NBIA is not responsible for cancellations that were mailed or faxed but never received. All refunds will be issued by Nov. 4.
Note: A minimum of 15 registrants is required per workshop. Fewer registrants may result in cancellation of the workshop, in which case we will issue full refunds.
