Payment Policy

Tuition must be paid upon registration. If paying tuition by wire or check, PON requires a wire receipt or check copy within five business days of registration. As of 21 business days prior to the start of the course (August 26, 2019), tuition is immediately due for prior and new registrations. Enrollment is not guaranteed until payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing by 21 business days prior to the course (August 26, 2019) will be eligible for a full refund less a $200 administrative fee, issued in the original form of payment (check or credit card). Cancellation requests received within 21 business days prior to the course are subject to full payment of the program fee. In the unlikely event that PON cancels the event, PON is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other cost or losses incurred by registrants. Please note that we do not extend credits to future programs in the event of a withdrawal. Please submit your cancellation request in writing to or by fax at 1-240-599-7679.
