Question: What does my #NEHRA2017 registration fee include?
Answer:

Registration fees include access to all learning activities, breakfast and lunch Wednesday through Friday, admission to the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, Exhibitor Room, and Wellness Center.  Sleeping rooms and Thursday evenings Awards Dinner are not included in the fee.  Please check your confirmation email for information on booking a room.  You will be able to add on the Speed Networking Session and BBQ at checkout. 

Question: I am not a member of NEHRA but my co-worker is and cannot attend. Can I use their membership to register at the member rate?
Answer:

Membership in NEHRA is individual and non-transferable to others.  If you are interested in joining NEHRA, please click here.

Question: How do I register a group of 3 or more attendees?
Answer:

Groups of 3 or more registrants from the same organization receive a discounted group rate!  Simply add all of your attendees to the registration and you are all set (Each attendee will still have their own login / access to the mobile app and their own individual schedule!)  The discount will be taken automatically at checkout.

Question: How do I book a sleeping room a the Sea Crest Beach Hotel?
Answer:

Conference registrants are entitled to a special room rate of $159/plus taxes, per night. These rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis and we cannot guarantee the availability of sleeping rooms.   Please note you may book at this discounted rate up until September 1, after that date the rates will increase.  Once the room block at the Sea Crest is sold out, we will provide information on booking a sleeping room at an alternative hotel.  Rooms books outside of the room block and after September 1 are subject to prevailing rates.

Once you register for the conference, you will receive a 
confirmation email containing your unique Sea Crest Hotel reservation link and instructions on how to reserve overnight accommodations. 

For your convenience, the discounted room rate is available from Monday, September 26 to Sunday, October s, if you’d like to extend your stay!  More information on accommodations can be found under the "Travel/Location" tab.

Question: How do I make a correction or change on my registration?
Answer:

You may use the appropriate link in your confirmation email to make a correction or change. If you have lost your confirmation email, you can simply visit the event page here and click on "Already Registered" at the top of the screen to make any modifications.  Please note, once registered, you cannot change your name or email address.

Question: Whoops, I lost my confirmation email! How do I get my registration confirmation resent to me?
Answer:

No problem, please email us at info@nehra.com to have your confirmation resent.  

Question: I’m so bummed, I can no longer attend! How do I cancel my registration?
Answer:

Sorry to hear you will not be joining us!  Please email us at info@nehra.com to cancel your registration.  The written cancellation deadline is Monday, September 19 to qualify for a partial refund of the total paid amount.  Cancellations received in writing prior to September 19 will be issued a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.  Unfortunately, cancellations received after September 19 will not be eligible for a refund.

Question: I’m so excited about this conference, and want to tell everyone I know that I’m going – how can I share?
Answer:

Question: Are there accommodations for people with disabilities and those requiring special assistance?
Answer:

Question: I’m interested in speaking at the conference – how do I submit a proposal?
Answer:

Submissions for speaking at #NEHRA2017 are OPEN! . Click here to submit your RFP today. The process closes 01/31/2017.

Question: Smile – you’re on camera! Will my photo be taken during the conference?
Answer:

NEHRA does hire a professional photographer to and videographer to document moments during the conference.  We use these images/videos for advertising, newsletters, and other promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other media, including the NEHRA website. By participating in this conference you grant NEHRA the right to use your photograph for such purposes – we’ll make you look good, we promise!  Any questions, please contact Sara Frank at sfrank@nehra.com or 781-239-2711.

Question: Most importantly, what to wear?!
Answer:

Attire for the conference is business casual on Wednesday and Thursday and CASUAL (jeans, etc.) on Friday!  We do recommend you dress in layers as sometimes the temperatures in meeting rooms can vary.  Don't forget sand-friendly shoes, if you want to take a walk on the beach!
