Illinois Institute of Technology's (IIT) School of Applied Technology would like to take the opportunity to invite you and your organization to participate in the 9th Annual Systems, Network Security, and Digital Forensics Conference and Expo. NETSECURE'11 will feature discussion and debate over issues related to ethical hacking, security, digital forensics and steganography, policy and compliance, cyberterrorism, privacy, security of wireless and cloud computing, identity theft, health care, and much more!
We are currently accepting proposals for presentations, technical sessions, panels, and tutorials from speakers and subject matter experts.
- Presentations should be technical, related to the themes of the conference, and range from 30 to 90 minutes in length.
- Technical sessions should consist of two to three presentations in a single topic area. The technical session organizer will organize the entire session including identifying the speakers. Technical sessions will typically be 90 minutes in length.
- Panels should consist of two to three panelists plus the panel organizer each discussing a topic area. Panels will also typically be 90 minutes in length.
- Tutorials can range from 90 minutes to half a day. Half-day tutorials will be scheduled either in the days leading up to the conference or after the conclusion of the conference itself.
If you are interested in participating, please submit a tentative title with a brief two to four sentence description of your proposal to Anne Shultz at
ashultz1@iit.edu. Please identify your proposal as being a
presentation, technical session, panel, or tutorial. All proposals must be received on or before December 15, 2010 for full consideration.
In addition to proposals for participation, we invite you and your organization to sponsor, exhibit, and attend the conference on Thursday and Friday, March 24-25, 2011 at IIT's Rice Campus in Wheaton, Illinois. NETSECURE'11 is open to the public and seating is limited, so register to attend early!
