NALO House Dedication

The New Affiliate Leader Orientation (NALO) is a 2.5 day in-depth orientation for new Executive Directors, new Board chairs, new staff and board members in leadership positions in the affiliate. Topics include the History and Mission of Habitat, Resources available from HFHI, Affiliate Leadership Roles, the Legal Responsibilities of Affiliates, NR and Affiliate growth, and more.

Due to the new mortgage regulations, we have added an optional, but highly recommended, 4 hour session on Mortgage Procedures and Regulations (MPAR) on Thursday afternoon from 1:00 - 5:00 pm. This session will cover the new regulations and what an affiliate must do to be in compliance and avoid fines and penalties. There is no additional charge for this 4 hour MPAR session and lunch is included.

There is an optional, one-day intensive ReStore workshop for Affiliate Leaders on Monday, March 12th, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. It covers the affiliate leader's role in the ReStore, selecting and working with your ReStore Manager, and how to analyze your ReStore's performance. This optional workshop costs an additional $100.00, includes lunch. For more information on the ReStore workshop, contact Mande Butler,
