Question: What is the cancellation policy?
Answer:

Attendee Refund Policy: ALL attendee cancellation requests must be in writing and sent to WOCN@albrechtevents.com on or before September 14, 2019. A $25.00 processing fee is accessed for all cancellations. After September 14th refund requests cannot be honored. 

No refunds are offered for Exhibitor Booths.

Question: Where can I make hotel reservations?
Answer:

A room block has been held at The DoubleTree Hilton Manchester Downtown. Click Here for Direct Booking Link 

Or call the hotel directly at (603-625-1000) and ask for the New England Region of the WOCN Conference rate. These rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

Question: What is the dress code?
Answer:

Business Casual - Includes khaki pants, slacks, and skirts, as well as short-sleeved polo shirts and long-sleeved shirts, but excludes jeans, tennis shoes, t-shirts, and sweatshirts.

Question: Are Attendees permitted to bring guests?
Answer:

Not at this time.

Question: Where can I get a copy of the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society w9 form?
Answer:

Question: Can I receive Continuing Education Units (CEs) by attending the conference?
Answer:

Yes. Attendees can earn up to 11 contact hours attending educational tracts that include Wound Care, Ostomy Care, Continence Care and Professional Practice.

Question: Can a registration be transferred to another attendee?
Answer:

Yes. The person who will be taking over the registration AND the original attendee must email wocn@albrechtevents.com prior to the conference for it to be processed/refunded. No attendee registrations can be transferred onsite at the conference.
