There is a final registration deadline of 12 April 2019. We are capping attendance at 250 people. Space is limited, so register now.
General Attendee Registration is $450 USD through 15 March 2019.
From 16 March – 12 April 2019 General Attendee Registration is $700 USD.
Student registration is $225 USD and closes 12 April 2019, space permitting. We are not holding spaces for students, so please register early to avoid disappointment.
Attendees can purchase additional tickets for guests to attend the reception, public talk, and banquet. There are charges to attend the reception and banquet.
There will be a conference Dinner on Thursday, 16 May 2019 at the Royal BC Museum. The entire third floor (focussed on the history of BC) will be open for viewing, with food stations throughout. This is not a sit down dinner. The conference dinner is not included in the registration fee; the cost will be $95 USD per attendee (conference participant or guest). This includes admission to the museum after public hours, dinner and one drink per attendee. Come check out our provincial museum! Held on the last night of the conference, this will be an excellent opportunity to network with fellow attendees.
All cancellations and refunds must be made on or before 8 March 2019 and all will incur a 10% refund fee, if requested on or before 8 March 2019. From 9 March – 12 April 2019, refund requests will incur a 50% refund fee, after which cancellation will forfeit the total cost of registration.
