NEW Rising Stars is anchored on the NEW Career Accelerator Model™, created in partnership with the renowned Center for Creative Leadership. The model outlines the traits that women in the retail and consumer goods industry need to develop — or overcome — to realize their career goals and help their companies succeed.
Based on insights from more than 1,200 NEW members, the Model identifies eight critical leadership competencies and five career-crippling “derailers” that create barriers to productivity, collaboration and innovation.
