NIAID Post Award Grants Policy and Management Training Workshop Panama City, Panama

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), NIH, will be conducting a Post Award Grants Policy and Management Training in Panama City, Panama. Information provided during the training sessions will be useful to grants administrators, project managers, and researchers that want to learn more about allowable use of NIH/NIAID grant funds.

The workshop begins at 8 am on – April 2, 2019 and ends at 4 pm on – April 4, 2019. In brief, this workshop will provide essential information about NIAID and NIH post award grants funding policies and requirements, funding opportunity announcements, resources for managing a NIAID award, how to prepare project progress and financial status reports, information for grantees subcontractors, human subjects administrative requirements and information about NIAID financial systems reviews. It is also an opportunity to meet one-on-one with grants management and scientific program staff. ​
