Summary

We are living in an era of disruption. Companies are being displaced at an alarming rate by new technologies that are disrupting entire business models. In today's world, where the new corporate model is "disrupt or be disrupted," the key to success is innovation. People, governments and business entities are also changing, causing widespread disruption of traditional business models. As leaders, we need to transform our leadership approach to embrace this change. We need to add more qualities to our leadership portfolio.

The caring leader adopts the concepts of caring as a lifestyle not as a one-time action item. It’s a thought we must have constantly to better our businesses, society and globe.

4. Become particularly knowledgeable of self-assessment techniques, new formula ingredients for being a caring leader
5. Prepare high level action plans using the caring leadership journey must haves, cheat sheets, to do and not to do lists
