The third annual NMLS User Conference & Training was held February 7-10, 2011, in Orlando, Florida, with over 400 in attendance. The 2011 NMLS User Conference was particularly noteworthy as it brought together both state and federal regulators together with state licensees and federal registrants. Active discussions were held concerning SAFE Act compliance, mortgage call report requirements and implementation, uniformity of state laws, multi-state regulatory efforts, testing and education, federal registration of MLOs, and many more topics.

2010

The second annual NMLS User Conference & Training was held in San Diego, California February 9-11, 2010. Nearly 300 regulators, industry system users, education providers, consultants, and other interested parties came together to engage a variety of topics on NMLS and mortgage regulation. Lively discussions were held concerning uniformity of state laws, multi-state regulatory efforts, the difference in requirements between state licensure and federal registration of mortgage loan originators, and many more topics.

The inaugural NMLS User Conference & Training was held February 10-12, 2009 in New Orleans, Louisiana to great success. We are very appreciative of all attendees who helped to make the first conference an invaluable opportunity to learn, share ideas, and work towards a better future for the mortgage industry.
