Cancellations received before midnight, January 6, 2012 will be refunded in full. Cancellations received after midnight, January 6, 2012 are non-refundable. In cases of illness, death in family, and inclement weather: should any of these circumstances prevent a registrant from attending more than one day of the Conference, a refund of 50% of the paid registration fee will be made.
