Freddie Mac Multifamily is pleased to present our 2017 Regional Seller Workshops. These workshops will provide you with an opportunity to meet your regional Freddie Mac Multifamily team and dig into the latest details of our offerings, pricing and processes—plus, you’ll hear from our management team regarding industry trends and other important and timely Freddie Mac updates.

Who Should Attend

Whether you’re new to working with Freddie Mac or are a more seasoned customer, our Regional Seller Workshops are tailored specifically for originators and analysts regardless of your experience, and feature the topics most relevant to doing business with Freddie Mac.

With each Workshop being hosted by that Region’s staff, you should plan to attend the workshop in your respective region; however, if that date isn't convenient for you, please consider attending a workshop in another region

Please note: these workshops are open only to approved Freddie Mac Multifamily Sellers and recommended for customers in our conventional business.


Mid-Day Start for Senior Managers


Our agenda is a little different this year. Senior Managers are welcome to schedule time in the morning to meet with their Freddie Mac representatives – or arrive just in time for lunch at noon. Then join us for the afternoon sessions and end the day with a networking reception. See below and the agenda for details.


Morning Start for Analysts

We have a lot to cover with analysts, so please plan to attend the full day. There will be two morning sessions just for you, followed by lunch at noon and the afternoon sessions for all attendees. The day will end with a networking reception.  See the agenda for details.


What We'll Cover

Our sessions are created to improve the speed of our deal execution, understanding our offerings and provide a market update.

Topics will include:

  • Overall business updates
  • Regional market assessments and outlook
  • Northeast region staff introductions
  • Analyst-level sessions tailored to improve deal submissions, such as best practices in narratives, submitting quality packages and providing the latest information on our policies
  • Offerings updates, including Moderate Rehab and Green Advantage
  • A market outlook from a borrower’s perspective

Additional Information and Details

This workshop will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Grand Hyatt New York in New York City.  See the "Preliminary Agenda" tab for an outline of the day's schedule.  More program details will be added as we get closer to the date of the Workshop.


Registration is required to attend the workshop (use the "Register" button below). The workshops are open only to Freddie Mac Multifamily approved Sellers.  We strongly recommend you participate in your region's workshop; however, if that date isn't convenient for you, we encourage you to consider a session in one of the other regions.  View all of the session dates and locations on the Freddie Mac Multifamily Events webpage.


There is no fee for the training, and lunch and the Meet the Regions reception are included.
