The Nutrition Links Annual Conference builds skills for educators and health professionals who work with families to provide education about nutrition, food selection, and food behavior. This year we will explore all about fruits and vegetables—at the market, at school, at the food pantry, or at home.

Adults need 2-3 cups of vegetables and 1.5-2 cups of fruit every day, nutrient powerhouses that come in a wide variety of colors and flavors. Only 24 percent of American adults consume the recommended amount of fruit, and even less make it with vegetables—14 percent.
