All fees are per person, and include a full buffet breakfast, refreshment breaks, and lunch. We do not have group discounts or multi-day discounts available.
This year you are able to modify or cancel your own registration! Your Confirmation Number will allow you to make modifications to your registration information or to make substitutions or cancellations in the following ways:
Participant substitutions may be made at any time. Substitutions made after March 3rd, 2017, may not have a personalized printed name badge available until after registration is over and may be directed to check during the lunch break for their updated name badge.
Cancellations must be made by March 3rd, 2017, and incur a $30 Cancellation Fee. Please note that you are responsible for payment if you do not cancel and do not attend. Refunds minus a $30 cancellation fee will be issued immediately if you paid by credit card for cancellations made by March 3rd, 2017. Refunds for registrations paid by check or money order will be returned as a check minus the $30 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 3rd, 2017.
Hotel room reservations must be cancelled directly with the hotel.
