Many older adults may worry about falling. Learn which factors can lead to a fall and practical tips to help prevent falls as part of this discussion-based program. Expect to participate in range of motion exercises that incorporate stretching and light movements to improve flexibility throughout this 8-week series. All participants will receive a workbook. PLEASE NOTE: We do ask that people do their best to commit to all sessions (butunderstand one or two may be missed) because the material builds week to week. In the case of A Matter of Balance, the curriculum does not allow new participants if they miss the first 2 sessions.
