Please make the Conservatory Reunion and Celebration Welcome Center in the Ward Alumni Center (65 E. College Street, Suite 4) your first stop. There, you can find your pre-paid meal tickets, room assignments, full weekend schedule and more.
The Center is open during the following hours:
Thursday, June 14, 2012..........................4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Friday, June 15, 2012...............................7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 16, 2012...........................7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 17, 2012..............................8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Note: If you will be arriving after the Welcome Center closes, please indicate a late arrival on your registration form in the "special housing accommodations" section, or otherwise alert the Alumni Office before the weekend, or the Welcome Center during the weekend. Late arrivals should go directly to the Safety and Security Office at 159 W. Lorain Street. If you have pre-registered for a room, someone from Safety and Security will be able to take you to your room and let you in; however, they will not be able to give you a key to your room. Come to the Welcome Center in the morning to pick up your registration and housing packets.
