Can I find out where I’ll be staying ahead of time?
No, unfortunately we cannot provide you with your housing assignment prior to the weekend. Changes are made daily until the weekend itself as we try to accommodate everyone's requests.

Can you promise that I’ll get a single/I’ll room with my friend?
We try our best to accommodate everyone’s requests but we cannot make a guarantee.

Can I be put near the bathrooms?

You may request this placement but we cannot guarantee this housing assignment. Additionally, bathrooms are single-gender use during the Conservatory Reunion and Celebration Weekend and our office is not informed as to which bathrooms will be given which assignment.

What if I'm arriving after 10 PM on Thursday and need my housing assignment?
If you know you will be arriving late, call or email our office and we will put you on the late arrivals list. When you get to campus, go to the Office of Safety and Security (159 W Lorain St). An officer will let you into your room for the night. You must come to the Welcome Center the following morning to pick up dorm access cards and event tickets.

Yes, there is wireless on campus. You must preregister each device for internet access during the weekend, and instructions for accessing it will be given when you pick up your tickets.

Yes, Phillips Gym is open to the public for the weekend. The hours of operation will be listed in the back of the full weekend schedule when you arrive.

Where do we eat, if we’re not signed up for meals?

Unfortunately, our dining halls are not open for general meals, but there are a variety of restaurants downtown. A full list of dining options can be viewed here

I have a special dietary restriction. Will you be able to accommodate this?

Be sure to add a special meal request when you submit your registration. If you purchase meals during the weekend, we will not be able to make last-minute accommodations. We cannot accommodate kosher meal requests because Campus Dining Services does not have facilities to prepare this kind of meal.

A credit card number (VISA or MC) and expiration date are required to secure the reservation. After the wheelchair/scooter has been returned, a $15 charge will be applied to the credit card.
