October KC IABC Monthly Meeting - Enhancing the digital experience: The redesign and relaunch of Cerner.com

Summary

Throughout 2016, Cerner's marketing team has been on a journey to relaunch cerner.com. During this presentation, Sarah Bond, director of brand and digital experience, will share how her team started the relaunch project with a thorough research process, how they've implemented updates and everything along the way. Sarah will be joined by members of her team who will be able to help us as communicators understand how we can partner with our own teams to execute anything from a small update to beginning the conversation for a major relaunch, like Cerner's.
