Ashland University is offering one credit hour for the Conference. A representative from Ashland will be at the Conference to provide information and to register and accept payment from those interested in the credit.
If you are paying by a purchase order (PO), you must include a purchase order number with this registration.
Registration is NOT complete until payment is received.
It is your responsibility to deliver a printed invoice to your treasurer or fiscal department to ensure that your registration payment is received prior to the beginning of the Conference.
Your treasurer or fiscal department may require a vendor AP Payment Compliance Form - IRS Substitute W-9. If needed, you can download the form here to print and attach with necessary documentation.
Registration Invoice: Print the email confirmation/invoice that you receive and forward to the treasurer or fiscal department for payment.
