Cancellation & Refund Policy – Attendee registration cancellations will be accepted through August 3, 2012, and must be received in writing to email@example.com. Registration and à la carte activity fees will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing charge of $50 per registration. We regret that refunds cannot be issued after August 3rd but you may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending.
