Ohio Valley and Great Lakes Joint Engineer Training Symposium

	WELCOME MESSAGES AT OPENING CEREMONY
	Rabbi-Colonel Nosson Sachs is in civilian life a Chaplain at Shadyside Hospital and a highly respected member of the Pittsburgh Orthodox Jewish Community. He is associated with the USAR 99th RRC and spent several years after 9/11 on active duty with service in Iraq and also Afghanistan. When not deployed he has been hard at work serving his fellow war fighters of all denominations in their struggles to save marriages and deal with the stresses of return to CONUS. Rabbi Sachs will offer the invocation at the opening ceremony.
