Thanks to demand, the OIPA is partnering with Bituminous Insurance and the Energy Training Council to provide SafeLandUSA courses at the OIPA Headquarters in Oklahoma City each and every month!
This 8-hour course is designed to meet all OSHA recommendations for "awareness" level orientation training by covering 24 topics such as blood borne pathogens, confined space awareness, electrical safety, environmental awareness, fall protection, fire safety (prevention and protection), hazard communication, hydrogen sulfide awareness, lockout/tagout and personal protective equipment.
SafeLandUSA orientations are designed specifically to meet the safety training needs of the U.S. onshore E&P industry, and eliminate the need for multiple employee orientations. All certifications are available through an online database maintained by both PEC and ISNetworld, giving employers a fast and easy method for keeping track of employee certification status.
Each participant will be provided with a comprehensive training manual to keep, and will be served both a continental breakfast and catered lunch at no additional charge. Course fees are $99.00 per participant for OIPA members and member organizations. Online service fees may apply.
