OIPA Safeland Training March 2013

The OIPA and Bituminous Insurance Companies will host a series of safety trainings this spring. These sessions are recommended by OSHA and taught by certified instructors of the Energy Training Council. The 10 hour course provides required yearly training and is offered at a decreased rate for members and non-members of OIPA.

Topics covered: blood borne pathogens, confined space awareness, electrical safety, environmental awareness, fall protection, fire safety (prevention and protection), hazard communication, hydrogen sulfide awareness, lockout/tag out, personal protective equipment, and more. All videos are specific to oil and gas activities.
