BOK Financial Inspirational Keynote – Nick Santonastasso

When Nick was conceived, he had a 30% chance of surviving birth. Nick was 1 of 12 people in the world at the time who was born with Hanhart Syndrom, a rare genetic disorder. Nick was self-loathing and thought about ending his life. Fortunately, he was able to find his "WHY" through wrestling in high school. He had to AMPUTATE part of his arm in order to wrestle. Nick was not the best wrestler but he would pack tournaments with spectators. People would approach him with tears of joy and excitement and say how much he inspired them. That was a turning point for Nick and his life.

Now, Nick is sharing his experience with people all over the world as a keynote speaker at schools, universities, nonprofits as well as Fortune 500 companies.  He is using his challenges to inspire others to push beyond their suffering and live a life that has NO LIMITS.

Increase Financial Performance through Personalized Patient Payment Solutions

Growing patient/guarantor receivables is challenging healthcare administrators to find new and more creative solutions to meet operational and financial performance objectives. At the same time, healthcare providers are wrestling for market share, competing to retain patients, and seeking to differentiate by providing a superior consumer experience.

In order for organizations to meet these challenges, they must identify, develop and implement the systems and programs that bring visibility to the right performance measures and proof points. In this session, we will compare various measuring and reporting methodologies that go beyond the typical daily collections performance measuring stick including:

    1. Defining and comparing various methodologies, tactics and organizational changes that lead to a more meaningful approach to financial and operational performance metrics.
    2. Pinpointing and illustrating proven methodologies, measurements and scripting for pre-access and point-of-service collection status, trends and staff effectiveness.
    3. Providing first-hand lessons learned during infrastructure development with centralized and standardized processes to streamline registration and enhance patient satisfaction.
