Laura Arrowsmith
Laura Arrowsmith, D.O. is a transgender woman and a physician who provides medical care for transgender patients. She is a graduate of the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She completed a rotating internship at Riverside Hospital in Wichita, KS and a residency at Oklahoma State University Medical Center. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the National Center for Transgender Equality in Washington, DC and is an active member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health. She is a published author, including a chapter contribution to a book "Transgender and Gender Diverse Persons: A Handbook for Service Providers, Educators and Families" published in February, 2019. She is an advocate for the transgender community and teaches about transgenderism to medical and nursing schools, medical and mental health conferences, businesses, social organizations, colleges and universities, churches, etc. She was an invited guest to the White House in 2015 by President Obama in recognition of her work as a transgender advocate and leader.

Scott Sanders

Scott Sanders is the President of the HFMA Oklahoma Chapter and OHH System Bundled Services Manager at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital. He received his Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in 2019.  Scott is passionate about service leadership, volunteering, and helping others.  In his spare time, you will find Scott following professional wrestling and keeping up with the Cubs.

Cori Loomis
Cori Loomis is an attorney with the Christensen Law Group. Her primary focus is on the representation of health care providers with transactional, compliance, reimbursement, legislative and regulatory issues. She also represents other commercial entities in transactional and regulatory matters and advises clients regarding employee benefit and employment law issues.

Cori graduated with special distinction from the University of Oklahoma in 1991 and with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1994.

Cori was named Best Lawyers® 2017 Health Care Law “Lawyer of the Year” for Oklahoma City. With over 25 years of health care staffing experience, Mr. Moseley is one of the nation’s leading authorities on medical staffing trends and has been cited for his expertise in numerous publications, including USA Today, U.S.News & World Report, Modern Healthcare, Hospitals & Health Networks, HealthLeaders, Medical Economics and many others and has been heard on XM Radio’s “Reach M.D.” program.

Mr. Mosley served on The Council on Physician and Nurse Supply, a group of health care experts based at the University of Pennsylvania dedicated to finding solutions to the shortage of nurses and physicians. Mr. Mosley served as Contributing Editor to Merritt Hawkins’ highly regarded book, “Will the Last Physician in America Please Turn off the Lights,” and was an expert advisor to the Health Care Advisory Board’s white paper, “Transforming Primary Care.”

A nationally noted speaker, Mr. Mosley has addressed over 70 healthcare professional organizations over the last two years, reaching over 5,000 industry leaders.

He is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, and spent several years
in professional baseball. He resides in Dallas, TX.

Marybeth Albritton

Marybeth Albritton, MHA, is a Consulting Manager in McBee’s Acute Consulting Practice. Marybeth started her healthcare career as a staff consultant with McBee, and recently returned to the firm as a Consulting Manager after serving over 15 years in progressive roles within the revenue cycle and finance departments of Inova Health System in northern Virginia. Marybeth has extensive financial management experience including working with the management team that established Inova Medical Group in 2007. During her time at Inova, she served in financial leadership roles for both Fairfax Hospital and Inova Medical Group. In addition to her extensive financial management expertise, she has revenue cycle and contract management experience with several healthcare provider types including hospitals, physician practices, and skilled nursing facilities.

Marybeth served as Director of Finance for INOVA Fairfax Hospital. INOVA is a health system of six hospitals that dominate the northern Virginia healthcare market. In her role as Director of Finance, Marybeth was responsible for providing the financial analytical support to INOVA’s bundled payment programs. In her time with McBee she has assisted several clients in analyzing their bundled payment program. McBee developed and provides software that supports hospital clients in managing their bundled payment administrative functions and financial analysis.

Mike Allen

Mr. Allen is the National Chair of HFMA during the 2019-20 term, beginning June 1, 2019.


Mr. Allen is CFO at OSF Healthcare in Peoria, Ill., and served as a Director on HFMA's National Board of Directors from 2012-15.


A member of HFMA since 1993, Mr. Allen has served the Association as chair of the Board of Examiners and as a member of the National Advisory Council and HFMA task forces for the Value Project, Healthcare Reform, and MAP App. Mr. Allen has served the McMahon-Illini Chapter as program chair, president elect, and president. He has received the Follmer Bronze, Reeves Silver, and Muncie Gold merit awards as well as the Founders Medal of Honor.


Mr. Allen holds an accounting degree from Illinois State University and a master's degree in healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota.

Lucida Morte
Lucinda has been a provider of behavioral health treatment services as a master’s level Counseling professional for more than a decade. Her specialty has been providing care to clients who are under the supervision of the criminal justice system, and she has experience in the jurisdictions of both California and Oklahoma. She believes that both treatment and advocacy are key components in helping clients recover. 

Currently Lucinda works for Mental Health Association Oklahoma as the Clinical Coordinator for the Mental Health Assistance Center.  This Center provides outreach to those needing counseling services who would otherwise fall through the cracks in the healthcare system.  Through a program called the SunBridge Pro Bono Counseling Program, Lucinda and her team connect underserved clients with short term therapy services with a licensed therapist in Tulsa and Oklahoma City who provide their time and professional talents to the Association for free.

Lisa Giovannetti

Lisa Giovannetti, is a Director Of Operations who works with Resource Corporation of America to build relationships with partners and lead staff to ensure best service to our partners and their patients.

Lisa specializes in the ins and outs of Social Security Disability, Oklahoma Medicaid, Indian Health Services and Affordable Care Act. Lisa strongly believes in helping others and being the go to resource.

Lisa has worked at Resource Corporation of America for 3 ½ years in Seattle, WA and nearly 4 years in Oklahoma. During her time in Oklahoma, with the incredible work of RCA staff, has grown Oklahoma partnerships to have staff in 19 facilities in Oklahoma.

Lisa is a certified application counselor to assist with Marketplace applications,  certified Medicare Assistance Counselor,  RCA 2018 BRAVO Award recipient and was presented a certification of appreciation from her spouses military unit for her volunteer work and leadership.

When not working, Lisa enjoys spending time with her spouse and 3 daughters, traveling, visiting family and cooking for and entertaining friends/family. Other marked accomplishments are completing in Susan G Komen 3-day, 60 mile walk in Seattle with 5 other military spouses. Graduating with Honors while raising 3 young children while spouse was deployed.

Rick Kelly

Rick Kelly is Vice President of Health Care Delivery, Network Operations at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK), a division of Health Care Service Corporation.  In this position, Rick leads BCBSOK's network strategy, provider relations and contracting with a focus on continuing to drive health care delivery transformation. Rick began his career with BCBSOK in 1989, serving in various sales and account management roles.  In 1994, Rick moved to Network Management where he oversaw reimbursement agreements, professional pricing and managed care reporting. He also has extensive experience in health care, including managed care contracting and operations with Saint Francis Health System.  Rick received a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University. He also serves as a board director for the Oklahoma Caring Foundation, Community Service Council, and Foundation for Tulsa Schools and is a graduate of the Leadership Tulsa program.

Dr. Patrick Hutton

Dr. Patrick Hutton is currently a consultant of value-based healthcare at BlueCross BlueShield of Oklahoma. Additionally, he is a clinical assistant professor of family and community medicine at the University of Oklahoma - College of Medicine and is also on faculty in the Department of Psychology. Furthermore, he is the founder of Neurointerview, which is a start-up company that was recently named as a “Top 50 Healthcare Company” for 2019 by the International Forum on Advancements in Healthcare. Dr. Hutton has over 12-years of leadership experience in both the public and private sector where his experience crosses several fields, including value-based health care, population health management, business strategy, and brain research.

Frank Wilson
Frank Wilson Jr. is the administrator of the OMES Employees Group Insurance Division.  EGID administers, manages and provides group health, dental, life and disability insurance for current employees and retirees of state agencies, school districts and other government bodies in Oklahoma.  

Wilson is a frequent speaker to legislators and membership groups across Oklahoma on all aspects of employee group health insurance and the operations of EGID and its self-funded health care plan, HealthChoice, which serves about 1,000 employer and retiree groups of about 190,000 members.  

Wilson began his career with EGID in 1991 and has served in numerous capacities, including deputy administrator and chief financial officer for 10 years. Prior to joining EGID, Wilson worked for two years as an investigative auditor for the State Auditor and Inspector’s Office.  

Wilson is a member of the Oklahoma State Society of Certified Public Accountants and received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from East Central University in 1988.

Becky Pasternik-Ikard

Rebecca Pasternik-Ikard is one of the most prominent leaders today in Oklahoma’s health care community. As Chief Executive Officer of the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, Becky is charged with leading the state’s Medicaid program. With more than 20 years of experience at OHCA, she is recognized nationally for her expertise in the field. She is also a proud graduate of the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center Fran and Earl Ziegler College of Nursing.

After earning her undergraduate degree in Nursing, Becky took on a Nursing career starting with Integris – and achieved her MSN degree while working full time. Becky shares that she believes in the power of advanced education in Nursing: “it maximizes your ability to have an impact.” She encourages those in the nursing and health care sector to consider pursuing a baccalaureate degree and then taking their education even further.

Expanding her role as a patient advocate, Becky earned a law degree – which bolstered her ability to advocate for health. Today, Becky is the first woman to serve as CEO at the OHCA. She has previously served in numerous leadership roles at the agency, including State Medicaid Director. She worked extensively with the managed care program and operations, including units staffed by Registered Nurses, behavioral health experts, and others.

Ann Paul
Dr. Paul is currently chief strategy officer at Ascension St. John Health System in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a position she has held since 2015. In her previous role as vice president at Ascension St. John, she established the first Oklahoma-based Medicare accountable care organization. Prior to joining Ascension St. John, Dr. Paul was owner and consultant at Solaris Management, LLC, where she negotiated managed care contracts and provided strategic planning consulting services to healthcare providers, health plans, employers and brokers.   

Since joining HFMA in 1995, Dr. Paul has served in many roles at the chapter, regional and national levels. At the chapter level, she served in board and officer roles leading to Oklahoma Chapter president in 2003. As chapter president, Dr. Paul is credited as the architect behind the strategic plan that resulted in the chapter receiving the Robert M. Shelton Award for Sustained Excellence in 2006. After Dr. Paul’s term as president ended, she chaired the Managed Care Committee and the Management Practices Committee from 2004 to 2008. She also served on the Corporate Sponsorship Committee, the Chapter Awards Committee and the Newsletter Committee, where she was also a contributor. Dr. Paul developed the chapter’s mentoring program for early careerists and its volunteer recognition program. Additionally, Dr. Paul established the first annual Oklahoma Chapter Mini-Leadership Training Conference which continues to this day.

Lisa Gifford

LISA GIFFORD is the VP at Careways of Oklahoma.  Careways is a payor agnostic Care Management company that contracts with the State to manage the HealthChoice population as well as many other self-insured businesses throughout Oklahoma and Texas.  Lisa has been in the health care industry both private and public for over 20 years.  Lisa graduated from Oklahoma City University Law School and did trial work prior to focusing her efforts exclusively in medical administration.  It is her goal to help push Oklahoma up in health care rankings.
