WebEx support is always available to help. Should you have any problems with the platform, please call 866-229-3239. |

How will I access the webinar? PDU form? |
| Answer: |
Once you register, you’ll receive an email for the webinar. The email will contain 3 things: the link for the course, a link for the feedback survey and your PDU form. We ask that you watch the webinar first, fill out the survey next then claim your PDUs. If you have bought multiple webinars, wait until you’ve watched all of them before taking the survey. It’s easier and quicker that way. |

How will I be able to hear the webinar? |

The audio portion will be streaming through your computer speakers. Make sure your speakers are plugged-in and the volume is set to a reasonable level. |

No. Since this isn’t a live streaming webinar, you won’t be able to interact with the presenters |
