In this series we'll cover topics that will help you engage your current and future donors more deeply, build an online donation operation is that well-organized and reliable, and lessen your organization's dependence on large donors/entities, increasing your connection to your community.

In a nutshell, most nonprofit organizations only scratch the surface of the donation volume and energy that is out there. Over the course of this series, we will show you how to greater tap this potential and amplify the effectiveness of your online donation effort.

  • Clearly define the goals of your organization and donors. Mobilize your efforts around these.
  • Clearly assign responsibility to roles, build a timeline, create accountability.
  • Know what you are measuring and why.
  • Revisit results for continuous improvement.
