OSHA Recordkeeping Update

Recordkeeping of employee injuries and illnesses is one of the most critical requirements on which OSHA is currently focusing.  It is essential that members properly document work-related injuries and illnesses and retain the necessary records. In May 2016, OSHA issued its final rule for improving the tracking of workplace injuries and illlnesses.  This new rule is effective January 1, 2017.

During this webinar,  PHTS risk management consultants will review the final rule and provide insight as to how members can confirm that they are in compliance with this new rule.  PHTS risk management consultants will also reveiw tools and automated reports which are available to all PHT members to assist them in completing the OSHA recordkeeping forms.  PHTS risk management consultants will also answer any specific recordability questions to aid members in proper completion of their 2016 OSHA logs.
