Participants will learn how a pressure canner works, the foods that need to be pressure canned, canning safety, and what to look for when buying a pressure canner. This class will be presented as a lecture and include a demonstration on canning chicken.

Pressure Gauge Testing

Get ready for the canning season this summer! Participants can bring their pressure gauges to be tested.
