Thank you for considering the opportunity to exhibit your program, product, or service at the PAMFES annual conference, May 22-23, 2017 in State College, PA. Vendors have the unique opportunity to share information with key decision makers in the Pennsylvania dairy industry. All conference breaks will be held in the exhibit area to ensure quality interaction time.

Exhibitor space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. A wait-list will be maintained after all the spaces have been allocated. You'll receive an exhibit area layout via email one week prior to the conference.

As an exhibitor you'll receive:
*one conference registration
*one 8' table top space

Additional exhibitors from your company must register separately for $250 if registered by March 31, or $310 after that date. 

Electricity is available for an additional $30.

Set-up Details

*Exhibitor set up: Sunday, May 21 after 6:00 p.m.
*Exhibit space open to attendees:  Monday, May 22 at 7:30 a.m. through Tuesday, May 23 at 12:00 p.m.
*Take down: Thursday, May 23 after 12:00 p.m.
