Everyone loves pasta - but how do you get that fresh-from-Nonna’s-kitchen taste and texture? The answer is to make it fresh. Join us where one of our chefs will lead you on a tour of Italian culinary delights. We will take you through the basics of pasta dough making, rolling, shaping, and cooking, giving you the know-how to serve your friends and family authentic Italian pasta delicacies. Freezing techniques will be covered, but fresh is always best, so plan your next meal around Pasta Perfecto!
Some of the pastas prepared may include:
- Gnocchi- Ravioli- Farfalle- Whole Wheat Fettuccine
All pastas prepared will be shared among participants for your enjoyment at home. This is great course to bring a friend, so don’t hesitate to sign up with a friend or family member. Everyone will have great time making fresh pasta together!
This course requires no previous kitchen or cooking experience, but due to the nature of this course and the work performed in our professional kitchen, participants must wear long pants, long sleeves, and flat, closed-toe shoes. The course length is approximate and will vary based on the number of participants and other factors.
This course is suitable for ages 14+.
