Q: Is transportation to and from the airport included in my registration fee?
A:Transportation to and from the airport is not included in the registration fee, however, the AT&T Center recommends the following services:
- Car and Driver Services
- Taxi Services
- Shuttle Services
Q: Is the hotel fee included in my registration fee?
A: No. Hotel rooms must be booked separately. Please use this link to reserve your hotel room.
Q: Is there a specific hotel reserved for the conference?
A: Yes. All conference activities as well as lodging all take place at the AT&T Executive Education & Conference Center.
Q: Are guests allowed to attend?
A: Personal guests are allowed. The cost is $50 to add a personal guest. When registering yourself, select the "Add a Person/Guest" option and fill out their information. Guests receive access to the Tuesday evening social event.
Q: I am bringing a guest who is not affiliated with my organization. How can I pay for their registration separately?
A: When you reach the payment page, do not enter a card, just hit submit. You will receive a confirmation email, and accounting will send you an invoice for each registration.
Q: Is there a discount for groups?
A: Yes, groups receive $50 off each attendee's registration fee. *All attendees must register together by using the "Add a Person" option for the discount to be applied.
Q: My organization is sending more than one person to the conference, how do I register everyone together?
A: During the registration process, select "Add a person" option and fill out their information.
Q: Are meals included in the conference registration fee?
A: Yes, there are several meals and snacks included in the fee. The following are included:

- Networking Breakfast
- Networking Lunch
- Evening Entertainment/Dinner
- Wednesday May 23rd
- Networking Breakfast
- Keynote Lunch
