You are invited to attend a Brisbane Philosophers Cafe event, providing an opportunity for TLC Certified Consultants and Coaches to deepen their practice, and to connect and network with fellow TLC Certified Community members.

This will be a TLC Certified Community only event facilitated by Kerry Azar and Graham Hill.

Kerry will present highlights of the TLC Asia Pacific Conference 2017, reviewing the keynote presentations of two of the world's leading minds on development and leadership, delivered in a unique PechaKucha presentation style, established in Japan.

  • Bob Anderson, TLC's Founder and co-Author of Mastering Leadership, spoke about The Leadership Circle's latest research, including "the cancelling effect" where leaders are cancelling out their own effectiveness. The findings also provide tangible evidence that leaders can develop beyond old patterns and habits of thinking.

  • Strongly linking to this was the presentation by Lisa Lahey, from Minds at Work, around the highly successful Immunity to ChangeTM (ITC) framework, which provides clear steps for addressing those hidden motivations and beliefs that prevent leaders from making the very changes they know they should make, and want to make!

  • The Voice of the Client will also be present through a short video from leaders of The Pharmaceutical Society of Australia

Graham will build on Kerry's presentation by focusing in on how to develop an effective coaching engagement using the LCP360 While most of us would agree that the LCP 360 provides leaders with a wealth of feedback regarding their current performance and their journey towards greater consciousness, questions still arise...

  • How can we best utilise the LCP 360 report as the basis for a transformative coaching engagement with the leader?

  • What is a pattern for effective coaching following an LCP360 debrief to support the leader transforming their 'inner game' and consciously implementing different behaviours?

Graham will outline some approaches that he has implemented with a range of executive leaders with positive outcomes.  Come prepared to share your contributions so we can create a shared pool of approaches to provide even greater value for our clients over both short and long term coaching relationships.

We hope you can join us for an evening of exploring, learning and deeper awareness and open relationships that arise when like minds come together.
