At CHKD, we know that cross-training and exposing athletes to various types of workouts can lead to lifelong changes.This Pilates program will provide young athletes with a well-rounded strength and conditioning workout that can improve sports performance and reduce the risk of injury.
The Benefits of Pilates Include:
Relaxation and stress management
Increased core strength and body awareness
Improved recovery after injury
All sessions are conducted by a Sports Medicine Physical Therapist who is certified as a Pilates instructor for athletes.
Fees: $100 for 10 week program or $12/single drop-in class
