Hotel Information

Please review ALL hotel policies before proceeding

 
The PIMA 2018 Annual Meeting will be held at The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club located in Naples, Florida. Nestled on 125 tropical acres along the Gulf of Mexico, The Naples Beach Hotel & Gulf Club is Southwest Florida's only beachfront hotel with on-site golf, tennis & spa. The Resort's accommodations are made up of six beachfront buildings, ranging from two to nine floors, each with their own patio or balcony.
 
Hotel reservations must be made no later than December 8th, 2017 (or until sellout,) after this date all sleeping rooms in the PIMA block will be released and sold to the general public.  Any reservations received after December 8th will be based on availability and therefore cannot be guaranteed the PIMA room rate.  Empire Meeting Solutions will do their best to accommodate any reservations after this date.

Billing Information:  Each PIMA attendee will be required to submit an individual credit card to guarantee the reservation for the date(s) indicated on the PIMA housing website. Upon check-out, all room, tax, and incidental charges will be applied to the card provided.
 
Room Rate: The discounted PIMA room rate (single/double) of $279.00 per night (not including state and local taxes) gives all guests complimentary high speed WiFi in guestrooms, two bottles of water each day, unlimited local calls,  access to the fitness center and complimentary self & valet parking. The guest room rate is exclusive of state and local taxes which are currently 10%.

Extra Person Charge: There is an  additional person fee of $15 for each room occupied by more than two people. This fee is per night, per person for the third and fourth person with a maximum of four people per room. 

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time for all attendees is 4:00 P.M.  Check-out time is 12:00 P.M. Early check in and late checkout will be accommodated based on availability.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:  Should you need to cancel your hotel reservation, cancellations MUST be sent to Empire Meeting Solutions IN WRITING (Michelle@empiremeetings.com). Please do not send cancellations/changes directly to the hotel.  Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the group's arrival date to avoid a cancellation penalty. Room deposits will be considered non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of group's arrival date. 


Parking: Complimentary self and valet parking will be available for all PIMA attendees.
