Pipeline Technology Forum is the meeting place for the global GIS oil and gas industry and your chance to showcase your services and technologies to more than 500 geospatial professionals.

Organized for efficiency, the exhibit hall is open for two days and all meal functions and networking opportunities will be held there as well.

Booth Packages

Exhibit space can be booked as a single booth or in multiples (i.e., 10’x10′, 10’x20′). Standard package rate is $28.50 per square foot for GITA member companies, $33.50 for non-GITA member companies.  Booth package schematics will be available June 25.  

What’s Included

The booth fee is for raw/unfurnished space only. You may provide your furnishings or you may rent them from the show decorator. Fee includes pipe and drape to frame the space (except for island booths), booth sign and the promotional items below. Please note, there are deadlines associated with the promotional items, therefore the sooner booth space is confirmed, the more promotional items you make take advantage of.

  • Exhibitor listing with booth number on the conference website
  • Exhibitor listing with booth number on the GITA website
  • A listing with company description in the official Show Program (handed to every attendee at the conference registration desk)
  • Promotional electronic “postcard” designed by show management for you to send to your clients and prospects announcing your participation in the Pipeline Technology Forum
  • 4 staff passes

Refund Policy

Requests must be submitted in writing and emailed to the convention director, Karen.Francis@gulfenergyinfo.com or faxed to 713-520-4450. 80% refund on cancellations prior to Aug.15. No refunds on cancellations after Aug. 15.
