Jerry Cupo is the director of Technology at All Fill Inc., where he manages both the IT and marketing departments. He began his career at All Fill working in the assembly department, building the machines All Fill manufactures, which gives him a unique perspective on the industry when trying to grow and promote the company. Cupo has been with All Fill for over 10 years and his previous work history includes network support at the Baldwin School.

Ed Dernulc joined Nuts, Bolts & Thingamajigs in March of 2018 as the Director of the Foundation. Prior to joining NBT, Ed has had a 22-year career in banking in the wealth management area for Chicagoland banks such as Northern Trust, LaSalle Bank, Harris Bank and Amcore. In 2007, he went into the fund-raising arena, joining the Alexian Brothers Hospital Foundation where he served for six years. He has served as the Executive Director of the Norwegian American Hospital Foundation before joining NBT.

Ben Hearn is the director of IT Operations for ProMach, a global packaging machinery manufacturer headquartered in Covington, Ky. Hearn joined ProMach in 2016 and has over 20 years of experience as an IT leader in the Financial Services, Healthcare and IT Service industries. He leads a team responsible for IT infrastructure, security and governance initiatives for ProMach and its subsidiaries which operate across multiple locations in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Hearn lives in Kentucky with his wife and four children and is currently pursuing his MBA at Northern Kentucky University.

Juan Camilo started his career in Colombia, were he progressed through several positions of increasing responsibility. In 2011 he was Senior Industrial Engineer where he collaborated with Manufacturing and Finance to drive the Budgeting processes as well as cost controlling initiatives. He oversaw the facility overall key performance indicators and Funding the Growth savings program. In 2010 he was the Area Leader of the Toothpaste Manufacturing plant after having served as Productivity Engineer where he supported the enhancement of the sourcing strategy for the Oral Care business in the Andean Region. Most recently he led the Factory Performance & Reliability (FP&R) strategy for the plant, coordinating the roll-out and implementation of all program standards site wide, as well as designing and managing a diverse set of initiatives to drive plant key performance indicators.

Jay Joyner is a 28-year veteran of Procter and Gamble Company (P&G) engineering, where he has held multiple roles in manufacturing, global platform development and global controls systems. He helped drive the update of P&G Global Standards to include PackML for all new platforms and OEM equipment. He led and supported multiple training sessions within P&G on implementing the Pack ML template for business units, OEMs and external partners. Jay has been a member of the OMAC PackML team since 2004. He is a key member of OMAC’s PackML State Model definitions and standards team.
