How to Register
All participants are encouraged to register on-line in advance of the summit. Doing so will make check-in at the summit a quick and easy process. Pre-registration closes on Friday, April 12 at 5pm EST.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be issued if cancellation requests are received byMarch 14. Refunds less a $100 administrative fee will be issued on written requests before March 20. Due to promotion obligations incurred by Promotion Optimization Institute, no refunds will be issued or cancellation requests honored on or after March 25, 2013. Cancellation requests must be in writing via email. "No shows" are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Your registration may be transferred to another colleague if you provide written authorization.
