Dr. Jamie Reynolds

The Anatomy and Choreography of Same Day Starts
The one thing we know for certain about the future is that it will be different from today. And, today’s orthodontic environment is changing rapidly with many new players competing for the same orthodontic consumer. In his talk, Dr. Reynolds will share a data-driven approach to improving your sales process and getting more same day “YESes.” Using insights gained from over $300 million in orthodontic production and 60,000+ new patient starts mined from the OrthoFi database, he will deliver sales strategies and process improvements that will help you keep orthodontic patients where they belong—in the hands of a skilled orthodontist—you!

Mr. Landy Chase

The Doctor’s Role in Case Acceptance: Key Components of a High-Value Consultation

Having observed thousands of consultations, Mr. Chase strongly disagrees with the assumption that the person primarily responsible for the case acceptance rate of the practice is the Treatment Coordinator. In his presentation, he will explain why he places the primary obligation for creating the value of investing in treatment with the doctor, setting the TC up for greater success when performing that role. If the doctor does not adequately communicate value, payment options the TC presents will be irrelevant because the family will not be sufficiently interested to invest with the practice. Mr. Chase will also focus on how doctors can upgrade their presentation skills and how the team overall can improve the structure of consultations. He’ll cover adding value without adding time, presenting recommendations with impact and making a convincing case versus competitors while avoiding getting bogged down in consultations and even winning cases when you’re the high-fee option.
