| NPACE Conference Refunds and Cancellation Policy |
- For refunds NPACE must receive written notice of cancellation no later than one month prior to start date.
- Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.
- If written notice is received less than one month prior to start date, a Letter of Credit will be issued, valid for 12 months, for a future NPACE conference.
- Cancellations received on start date, during and after the conference will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
- Optional hard copy syllabus is Non-Refundable.
- All cancellations will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
- Refund/Letters of Credit will be processed within 60 days of receipt of written cancellation.
In the event NPACE cancels a conference due to circumstances beyond its control, attendees will be notified in a timely manner of refund/transfer options available.
