Emma Sheldon, Vernacare
Emma Sheldon is Group Marketing Director for medical products manufacturer Vernacare. She has developed a successful new international expansion strategy. She is also a board member of the UK India Business Council and Institute of Directors Council and the investment board of the GM Growth fund.
Emma accompanied Prime Minister Theresa May on a recent Trade Mission in India, aiming to strengthen trade relations between India and the UK.

Sally Penni is an award winning practising Barrister with almost 20 years of experience. Outside of her busy practice, Sally is an Ambassador for Women in the Law and women in Business. Supporting Women entrepreneurs. She is an experience Non Executive Director. Sally is the proud recipient of several awards and passionate about Gender equality, Diversity and inclusion.
Claire-Marie Boggiano, Lurig Change & Development
Chartered Engineer; Associate Lecturer at Alliance Manchester Business School; an early career in Financial Services; Claire-Marie has her own business, Lurig Ltd, specialising in business change, people development and executive coaching.
To any challenge Claire-Marie brings energy, focus and action. She loves ‘breaking eggs’, ‘building gladiators’ and ‘making connections’. She actively supports Women Leaders and aspiring Women Leaders.
Sue Douthwaite, Managing Director, Santander Retail and Business Banking
Sue has extensive banking experience spanning over 30 years. With effect from January 2016 she has been appointed Managing Director for Santander Business for Santander Retail and Business Banking.
Sue joined Santander Corporate and Commercial Banking in 2011 as the Divisional Managing Director of Corporate in the North before moving to the role of Divisional Managing Director for North West and Yorkshire with Santander Retail Banking in January 2014 .From September 2015 she was Programme Director of Banking Reform for SME.
