Bruce Aydt — considered widely to be the premier NAR professional standards trainer — will be the keynote speaker for this year's Professional Standards Workshop, "Consumer Protection with Professional Practice! Service and Protection with the Code of Ethics."
The program will also include an optional breakout sessions around grievance issues.
The course is designed to sharpen skills for real estate professionals in serving real estate consumers, and it will assist real estate licensees in protecting the public by giving licensees the ability to practice skills in recognizing situations that present ethics violations and solving problems and cases that simulate daily practice activities and dilemmas. Ultimately, it will provide the public with the benefit of more professional real estate services in the client’s best interests and in honest relationships with all consumers.
The program is designed to meet the requirements of the NH Grievance and Professional Standards committees and Board of Directors members and will incorporate real-life ethics and arbitration situations into a fun and interactive session. It will include case interpretations updates as well.
