David McBride leads the Business Intelligence team at Comcast Interactive Media (CIM), which measures and maximizes the value that CIM’s interactive services—from top ranked Xfinity.com and XfinityTV.com to apps for smartphones and tablets—bring to their customers’ web, mobile and TV experiences. Under McBride’s leadership, CIM has pioneered advances in cross-enterprise analysis, predictive modeling, cloud processing, testing, mobile measurement and content analytics. McBride has an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA where he also received an International Management certificate. He is a frequent presenter at the eMetrics Summit, the Omniture Summit and Adobe's Japan Innovation Forum, and has been a huddle leader at Semphonic's XChange conference. McBride is a member of the Web Analytics Association's Media Special Interest Group and currently serves on that group's steering committee.

Phil is the head of Semphonic’s Washington, DC office and has 14 years of experience in the Web analytics field. Since joining Semphonic in 2007, Kemelor has led the company’s strategic planning, government and nonprofit practices. He was the lead analyst for The CMS Watch Web Analytics Report, an annual evaluation of Web analytics software vendors and the author of The Executive's Guide to Web Site Measurement and Testing.Prior to joining Semphonic, Kemelor co-founded and served as Principal Consultant for NetGenesis, one of the first web analytics software companies and led the Web analytics program at Bell Atlantic. He has also managed Web development, business process and operations initiatives for US Pharmacopeia, Verizon, SAIC and the United States Postal Service.
