Day two: Advance your negotiation skills; Acquire proven techniques for addressing volatile situations; Gain strategies for dealing with difficult conversations and people, small bargaining zones, and tight deadlines; Learn how to manage conflict, find value, and build rapport; Discover methods for remaining in control at the bargaining table and achieving negotiation success.

Day three: Put your learning into practice; Engage in dynamic, interactive exercises; Hone your skills through feedback; Strengthen your ability to create value; Emerge with a toolkit of valuable techniques and strategies for negotiating more skillfully, confidently, and effectively.
