Trying to find your voice and speak with confidence? Want to be heard and understood?
As nonprofit professionals and volunteers, we do important work and we need to be able to clearly communicate our work with others. Our potential audiences are many, including colleagues, clients, officials, volunteers, and the communities we work with. This hands-on course will allow you to practice, in a safe space. Learn to better communicate with others in-person, on the phone, in group settings, or one-on-one. If public speaking is something that brings you anxiety or you would like to practice and improve, then this class is for you.
