When you click the Zoom link, you'll be prompted to Open Zoom Meetings. Complete this step to launch the meeting. When you first log on, you may be given the option of testing your audio. If so, your screen will display either this message or something similar: If you click the Test Computer Audio button, then Zoom will open a screen in which you can test your speakers. On a Windows computer, the settings screen looks like this: When we tested our speakers, we could hear music playing. (You won't need to test your microphone, since only our instructors and hosts will need mics during a webinar.) You may hear us conduct an audio test prior to the start of the class. When class begins, our instructor will teach for roughly an hour (maybe a little less) before giving you a few minutes for a break. We will then resume the session and leave time for questions toward the end of the class. Please note: if you have a question that requires additional research on our end, or if you ask a question when we've run out of time, we are happy to connect you to the instructor via email. If you watched the recorded version of the webinar, then we are happy to connect you with the instructor via e-mail so you can still ask questions. Please submit your questions to webinars@dolanconsultinggroup.com.
