As a conference attendee, will I be able to visit Los Alamos National Lab?
No. If you want to visit LANL, you will need to contact a conference organizer or other LANL Staff Member to arrange a visit. Due to LANL policy, this may take months to arrange.
What airport do I fly into?
The most common airport used for trips to Santa Fe is the Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ). There is also a regional airport in Santa Fe with limited limited commercial flights. Albuquerque is approximately an hour's drive from Santa Fe.
How do I get from the Albuquerque Airport to the hotel?
There are two shuttle services available that provide service from Albuquerque to Santa Fe. Reservations are required with either company. The cost is approximately $50 round trip. Sandia Shuttle Express, (888) 775-5696 (toll free) or (505) 474-5696, www.sandiashuttle.com; or Roadrunner Shuttle (ABQ and Santa Fe) (505) 424-3367. There are also numerous car rental companies at the Albuquerque Airport.

I am presenting a poster and I've got a few questions. How big can my poster be? How will I mount my poster? What if I want to run a movie along with my poster?
The poster boards are 47"x47". Please be sure your poster will fit within these dimensions. Adhesive velcro will be provided for mounting. Pins are not permitted. If you have any special requirements for your poster presentation, such as a power outlet, please let us know at least 1 week prior to the conference.
