Registration for "Radio/Millimeter Astrophysical Frontiers in the Next Decade" conference includes:

• 3 days of general sessions
• poster sessions
• all meeting materials
• breaks
• lunch daily
• Welcome Reception
• Conference Dinner

Early Bird Discount

General Attendee Registration is $175 through May 6, 2019.

 

Registration Fees after May 6

From May 7 - June 9, 2019 General Attendee Registration is $250.

 

Students

Student registration is $100 and closes June 9, 2019.

We encourage students to attend this workshop. In addition, the sponsors will cover housing cost for students at the meeting hotel for up to 4 nights. All students must present either an oral talk (if chosen) or a poster presentation.

 

Guests

Guests are welcome to join attendees for lunches in the Abbott Dining Hall but must pay for their own meals. All guests are welcome to attend the Welcome Reception and attendees may purchase dinner tickets for guests as well.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and refunds made on or before May 6, 2019 and will incur a 10% refund fee. From May 7 - June 9, 2019 refund requests will incur a 50% refund fee. To cancel or modify your registration, click "Already Registered" above. You will need your confirmation number.

No refunds will be issued after June 9, 2019.

Travel Support

Travel Grants Available

The organizers have created a modest fund to help with expenses for those who may need travel support. If you need financial assistance in order to attend the meeting, please complete the Travel Request form. The organizers will review requests received by March 18, 2019 and will notify recipients of travel awards by April 12, 2019.

 

Student Support

All students will be offered hotel rooms free of cost for up to 4 nights in addition to discounted registration fees. Advisor contact information is required and you must give an oral (if chosen) or poster presentation. If additional support is needed, please apply for travel grant funds as listed above.

 

Travel Visas and Letters of Invitation

If you need an official invitation to secure a travel visa, please send your request to ngVLA19@nrao.edu as soon as possible and not later than April 12, 2019. Please include your name, address, affiliation and nationality along with any other information you need included on your letter of invitation.
