Question: Can I cancel my regsitration for a refund? Answer: Cancellations are accepted prior to September 28, 2012 and will be refunded minus a $35 cancellation feel. After Spetember 28, 2012 you can cancel your regsitration with 2 options. You may switch your registration to someone else or you will get a credit for another RealShare event for up to 1 year, including this event next year.

Question: How do I receive a receipt for my registration fee? Answer: You were automatically sent a receipt via the email address you provided when registering. As it comes for an automated system, it may have been sent to a spam folder or filtered. If you need to request a duplicate receipt, click on the registration tab.

Question: Can I register onsite? Answer: Yes, registration is available onsite the morning of the event.

Question: How long does online registration stay open? Answer: Online registration will be available until 1 pm PST the day before the event

Question: What are the hours of the event? Answer: The first session starts at 8 am and the agenda runs through 5 pm. There is a cocktail reception immediately following

Question: How do I get my continuing education hours? Answer: Continuing education hours are available at the event for AIA, CPE, DRE, MCLE and OREA. You must bring your license number with you and check in at the accreditation tables upon your arrival.

Question: Is parking complimentary? Answer: Parking is not complimentary at this event. However, we do offer discounted options at both the hotel and a local garage. Additionally, there are a number of garages in the vicinity that offer different options. A map of local garages will be sent out to all registered attendees prior to the event.

Answer: As with all RealShare Programs, we strive to put together a comprehensive and informative agenda that features expert speakers. We are always looking for new speakers to add to our agenda.
